|For Immediate Release|
I would like to thank all of my supporters in DuPage, Kane, and Cook Counties. It was a privilege and honor to meet so many interesting, and interested, people throughout Illinois’ 55th Congressional District.
I would also like to thank all of the campaign volunteers who worked so hard on my behalf. Their tireless efforts and endless encouragement meant so very much to me as I campaigned to become the next State Representative for the 55th District.
I want to congratulate Representative-elect Randy Ramey on his victory. I hope that my supporters will join me in supporting Representative Ramey in this November’s General Election.
Although the election is over, there is one job I have not finished – my dedication to Senate Bill 2962, providing better tracking of sex offenders. I will continue to work to get it passed in the House of Representatives, and then onto the Governor’s desk for his signature. The safety of our children will always be my top priority.
