DISPOSITION:                      COMPLAINANT REPORTED AN EX-EMPLOYEE DID NOT TURN IN A TOTAL OF $2455.73 IN CHECKS AND CURRENCY THAT SHE ACCEPTED AS AN INSURANCE AGENT FOR THEIR COMPANY.  SUSPECT, AZULENA PEREZ HAS BEEN CONTACTED AND TOLD TO RETURN THE MONEY, BUT TO DATE SHE HAS NOT.  IF THE MONEY IS NOT RETURNED CRIMINAL CHARGES WILL BE FILED.  R/O WILL INVESTIGATE FURTHER BEFORE REFERRING CASE TO DETECTIVES.

DISPOSITION:                      COMPLAINANT’S 11 YR OLD DAUGHTER AND A 12 YR OLD NEIGHBORHOOD BOY HAVE HAD AN ONGOING DISPUTE FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS.  YESTERDAY THE BOY SENT THE GIRL AN EXTREMELY VULGAR INSTANT MAIL MESSAGE.  FAMILIES WERE ENCOURAGED TO KEEP THEIR DISTANCE FROM ONE ANOTHER.  WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE AT SCHOOL THEY’LL BE RESOLVED THERE.
